  1. Checklist of key practices (e.g., Nokia Test, Atlassian Team Health Monitors, Scrum / XP, etc.). This presumes that we have a set of key practices that we are confident are highly correlated with better capability.
  2. Assessment of capability (e.g., Agile Fluency Model, various maturity assessment models, etc.).
  3. Qualitative assessment of desired outcomes (e.g., Squad Health Check). Not sure if this is the same as the previous.
  4. Quantitative assessment of desired outcomes (e.g., Productivity Quality Cost Morale metrics, etc.)
